Excellent mini-series...recently watched with my husband...the founding was not as pretty as we would have liked to have thought. The mini-series is as seen through eyes and personality of one of the less colorful characters of US history and a long forgotten second President. After watching this mini-series...we realized we owe much to this man, who got little or no recognition for his efforts.
